Adidas wanted to celebrate originality in Madrid, a city famous for its ?anything goes? attitude yet it is nearly impossible to do any sort of street art. That is why we decided to create the ?Adidas Originals Street?, a creative space open to anyone, right in the center of the city. To invite people to the launch, we created an interactive viral experience in which the user could see for his or herself that originality has nearly no place in the city. On October 2nd, 2010 we launched the Adidas Originals Street with an event in which many skaters, bikers, graffiti artists, musicians and street artists participated. Thanks to Adidas, originality took back its place on the streets of Madrid.
